Why not use the config option to treat one nvidia card as 2? IMO it works 
better than using the twinview option, and its easier, you just set the 
second adapter up with the corect res and refresh rate for the TV (and the 
format) then just export DISPLAY=:0.1 to use the second display.

I have attached an example config.
