All of them work individually with lav2yuv (pulled using dvgrab --format
dv2).  I haven't heard of -streamdump - I'll look that one up.  -vo
yuv4mpeg might work, although I wasn't sure if mplayer of mjpegtools would
have the better DV->YUV converter.
