[MPlayer-users] mpeg2 3:2 pulldown flag with mencoder

Hello,
does somebody know how to create with mencoder a mpeg video
with the software pulldown flag set?
(something equivalent to the -p option of mpeg2enc)

If I use this "simple" command to create a SVCD stream:
mencoder -noskiplimit -oac mp3lame -of mpeg -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg2video:vbitrate=2500:vrc_buf_size=917 -o test.mpg  dvd://1  -ofps 24000/1001  -vf scale=480:480,harddup
then the stream will be encoded and played at 23.97 fps.
With the mpeg2 pulldown flag set, the stream encoded at 23.97 fps
will be played at 29.97 by the (hardware) player.
Is it possible to set it with mencoder?
