[MPlayer-users] libmpeg2 unstable in current CVS

Sometime in the past three weeks, probably when CVS
changes were submitted on 08/02, libmpeg2 became
unstable.

Current CVS causes (jerky) motion when playing MPEG2
VOB files, and mplayer crashes upon exit.

Attached is the GDB stack backtrace from running a VOB
file.  The crash appears to be related to attempting
to free a bogus memory pointer upon cleanup before
exit.

Other video formats that don't rely on libmpeg2 do not
seem to have this problem.

It would be nice to receive some kind of
acknowledgment form a developer regarding this report.
