No option. Autodetection by ./configure. See configure.log, it should
say if it has detected lame or no. And if no, probably why (either you
don't have the lib, probably not the case, or you don't have -devel
package installed and don't have headers, or you have one or the other
installed in a nonstandard place, in which case you should pass
--with-extralibdir=... or --with-extraincdir to ./configure
