[MPlayer-users] Mplayer GUI NOT give sound when using USB audio Headset

Thanks, Reimar.

Found solution for it. Add 2 lines to $HOME/.mplayer/gui.conf:

ao_driver = "alsa:device=hw=1.0"
ao_alsa_device = "hw=1.0"

After that, it should work with USB headset.
