I looked at it, but didn't get very far. In principle the folloeing
should work:
videocodec rawy8
  info "RAW Y8/Y800"
  status working
  driver raw
  format 0x0
  format 0x20203859 ; "Y8  "
  fourcc y800,Y800
  out Y800

But unfortunatly neither OUT Y8 nor OUT Y800 are currently accepted by
the parser. That needs to be fixed first.
