[MPlayer-users] How to install All-in-one end-user package (DMO, Indeo, QT, Real, 3ivX)

Hello,

I am running on RedHat.  I compiled and installed 1.0pre3-3.2.2, and it 
sometimes plays QuickTime movies, sometimes not,  sometimes with sound, 
sometimes not.

I downloaded and unzipped the "All-in-one end-user package 
(DMO,Indeo,QT,Real,3ivX)" from 
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/essential.tar.bz2 and 
unzipped it.

Will someone who has gone through this please point me to some installation 
instructions for these?  I have been around and around in all the HTML 
documentation and there is a whole lot of stuff, but can't find how to 
install these codecs.
