[MPlayer-users] mplayer can't play WMV3 files

That's what I meant.

What video out device are you using?  You may also need to try the -vo
x11 or other video driver to see if that works. i.e. mplayer -vc ffwmv1
-vo x11 axlroseicon.wmv

I know this mplayer problem is a pain with Fedora. When I first noticed
it, I thought it was an Athlon problem since it worked fine on an older
Pentium II machine that I have. I don't know what the answer is to
making it work reliably. I question that exec-shield is causing it
though.
