[MPlayer-users] Bug: CPU detection and head/tail syntax

Hello all.

I noticed some time ago that the configure script stopped correctly
detecting my Athlon, and decided to investigate today.  It looks as
though configure uses "head -1" and "tail -1" in a few spots, which
apparently has been deprecated syntax for a few years, but recenly it
has been removed from GNU's coreutils package. See:

Here is a patch against CVS to correct it.
