HI, me again.

When I  rip a DVD I get lots of duplicated frames, during the whole ripping,
( not skipping frame ), afaik, this is cuz the original is in NTSC format.
If I add the -ofps parameter 23.976  , those duplicated frames disapear.

I'd like to know if i't 's sane to do that or if  I should let mencoder do
the trick, if it's aware of that and if that improve quality or it has
nothing do do with quality.
