[MPlayer-users] Custom mpeg4 matrix

Hi

While searching for solutions for my "Dark, Gray, Low complexity area 
quality"-problem. I found some q-matrices promising help for my problem. 
They are from a flaskmpeg user and he used xvid.

It seems that mencoder or libavcodec doesn't save the matrix to the 
file. When I want to play the avi file I get following output and video 
errors:

Error at MB: 44
concealing errors

Do I have to report this at mplayer-devel or ffmpeg-devel?
