Works for me, with quicktime 6 dlls and a mplayer CVS built a minute
ago. I'm using Debian Sarge, gcc 3.3, linux 2.6.4-rc2-mm1, and an
athlonxp 2200 CPU, so it's probably not your system but something about
the way your mplayer is built. Read:

and send a full report.
