[MPlayer-users] mms and wmp9 files.

I have recently come across a media file that mplayer can't seem to handle. 
Mplayer I am using is CVS from 10/4/04

The URL of the file is

mms://a1171.m.akastream.net/n/1171/3321/3acbad3d/cinemanw.download.akamai.com/3321/wm9/girl_next_door_t_100k.asf?trid=21464497

It is from the http://www.cinemanow.com website.

If I start mplayer like this

mplayer [above mms url]

I get the error

So is this a codec issue on my machine or does this look to be a bug in the 
code?
