[MPlayer-users] Bad header in tv:// recordings?

I use MEncoder to record TVshows and I use this commands:
MEncoder dev-CVS-040914:

mencoder -noodml -oac mp3lame 
-lameopts br=192:mode=1:cbr:vol=4.5 tv:// -tv
driver=v4l2:saturation=28:contrast=-25:hue=1:brightness=5:width=720:
height=576:input=1:amode=1:forcechan=2 
-ovc lavc -lavcopts
vcodec=mpeg4:keyint=295:vqmin=2:vqmax=7:vbitrate=4499:aspect=4/3:top
=1 
-endpos 1:50 -ofps 25 -o tvRecording.avi

It's look OK, but seek backward/forward looks like keyframe=3000 not
keyint=295.
Ofcourse 
mencoder BADheader.avi -forceidx -ovc copy -oac copy -mc 0 -o
GOODheader.avi
fixes this 'error-bug'.

MEncoder dev-CVS-040907 haven't this problem.
Maybe in last CVS are new commands to help fix this problem.
