[MPlayer-users] Problem while playing video

Whenever I play video clip, its sound starts first that too breaking alot. when it is finished with sound than video starts which plays nicely. So the problem is audio sound is not coming with video clip rather coming before video clip and that too breaking a lot which is not acceptable. Please help me how to fix this problem
