[MPlayer-users] BUG REPORT. full screen when using 2 headed output

Hello,

I have my xf86config configured to output the top left 640 x 480 of my laptop
screen to the second VGA output. This setup works fine.

With Xine and VLC, when I position the media player inside that top left
window zone and go to full screen mode, the video correctly scales to the 640
x 480 window....as expected... and when I position the media player into the
centre of my laptop screen and go full screen, the player scales to my full
laptop screen size (1600 x 1200), as expected.

With mplayer, when I position the media player in the top left window zone and
hit 'f' for full screen, the black background canvas expands to 640 x 480
correctly, but then the video fills up the bottom right hand corner of that
canvas, as though it was trying to get played in full screen mode for the 1600
x 1200 output. So I can only see the top left part of the movie.

below is my machine specs and Mplayer verbose log output (although there
doesn't seem to be any evidence of anything going wrong there).

I'm using fluxbox.

Etienne.
