[MPlayer-users] mplayer and its gui handle characters set differently in cvs version

Hm. This is a result of the recent switch to GTK2. GTK2 wants everything
in UTF-8... I am guessing the default for zh_CN in MPlayer is not UTF-8,
but some local encoding... You probably need to have your xterm/console
set to display UTF-8 properly too :/
