[MPlayer-users] how I let normal users use pci scan?

Explain everything but I don't need uncomment anything in the Makefile.

I had install libdha with svgalib_helper, and svgalib.
Now normal user can detect my savage 
but I got one error:
MPlayer interrupted by signal 8 in module: flip_page

with or without -nodouble 
before works as root with -nodouble
