[MPlayer-users] quicktime 5.2 can play it but mplayer says no audio

Once again replying to myself.
Its quicktime 6.5.2
I can see where its screwing up but I dont know where to go from here.
MOV: Track #1:
.......................
MOV: Description list! (cnt:1)
MOV: desc #0: rtsp (12 bytes)
......
Generic track - not completely understood! (id: 1)
It recognizes track 0 as the video track but it doesnt recognize track 1
as audio. How can I debug this track to see what is wrong? Is there a
way to see what is actually in this track?
