I don't know, you should check the drivers "dvb-kernel" from cvs 
following the instructions
in the page I linked  in my previous email.
It seems that the only ATSC card supported is Technisat Air2pc-ATSC; 
maybe yours is a clone
of this?

New patch for mplayer-cvs attached (and fixed).
