[MPlayer-users] CPU maxes out when trying to dub video with mencoder

Greetings.

I am trying to take an MJPEG AVI file and replace its soundtrack with an
mp3 file. However, when I run the following command, CPU usage maxes out
at 99% and mencoder becomes unresponsive. I have to kill the process
manually with kill -9 to regain control of the console. Can someone let
me know if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong? I note that I
get an error "AVI_NI: No audio stream found".

$ mencoder -o foo.avi -ovc copy bar.avi -oac copy -audiofile baz.mp3
