[MPlayer-users] mencoder mpeg1 encoding

Hi,

I like to encode a DVD to a very smal mpg movie. I like to watch this movie
via livestreaming on my pocket pc device. 
I am using PocketTV to do that and I am using the next command to do my
work. The resulting Movie is working very nice,
but only with mplayer or on windows with the windows media player. All is
locking very fine, but on PocketTV it does not work. I got a bitrate about
2100 kb/s! That’s not true and the movie is running very slow about 1 or 2
Frames per second and this pictures are defect.

I have seen in windows media player, that the decoder can not read the kb/s
from the movie. Is it possible that the mpeg fileinformations are not
correct? Is there an error in my way of encoding?
