[MPlayer-users] mplayer external vobsubs reset while playing dvd

I have a bit of trouble with external subs for a dvd. I ripped the subs
from the Amelie dvd with the swedish subtitle track (with *vobsub* in
windows) and they work perfectly with direct show and MPC in windows,
with the french edition of the dvd.. in linux with mplayer they work
brilliantly until 2/3:s in the movie where start over from the beginning...

As far as I understand, when mplayer changes to the second set of vobs
the timestamp resets and thus replays the subs from the beginning
instead of continuing. Is there any way I can make mplayer ignore the
reset so I can watch the end of the film with the subs?

Help would be greatly appreciated.
