[MPlayer-users] tv card capture strange

i'm trying to capture pal video from composite input of my winfast tv card 
with v4l2 driver and mancoder
the resulting image is somehow clipped , the upper half shows the image the 
lower si black-

is this intarlace issue? what parameter do i have to add to solve this problem 
in mplayer/mencoder
