It aborts quite early in the process...  I suspect your divx2pass.log
file may have been damaged/erased somehow.

It would also help if you posted your full command-line, not just the
lavcopts.  I can't even tell if, for instance, you're using a
ridiculously low bitrate, or some conflicting options.
