The top of the rf tuner section was "conveniently" completely covered by a
sticker that just said "Zoltrix TV-Max" in big letters. After I carefully
peeled that off, there was a sticker underneath with a bunch of numbers, but
I'm not sure what they mean:

Front end 4032 FY5
Temic 3X7 004
AI.RF 9834
AI.IF 45
FT 03
LOT 4E
FVI 90

Then I pulled off the top of the shielding (it just clips on) to see what was
inside. The main chip is a Phillips TDA9800T with two other codes on it,
448720 and DnD981803Y. There's something in epoxy (a crystal, maybe) that
says M1963M. There's something in a metal case that says 4.00C84. The board
is labeled 4780A.02 and 917765. There are a couple of smaller chips that are
hard to read.

I don't know if any of this means anything to you (or to anyone else here).

Okay, thanks. Is it possible that some other value of card= might work?

Okay, I'll give that a try if we don't get it worked out. Thanks.
