Yeah, the plugin is a separate project.

Well, you'll learn quickly that there are many projects built off of  
other projects, like XMame being built off of Mame.

Not all projects have mailing lists. Some rely solely on the  
SourceForge Bug Reporting System. Some projects ignore it completely.  
Others use IRC. Check out the project home page for support information.

Well, if you're using Linux, you better get used to SourceForge.  
Freshmeat.net isn't too bad, though (basically a front-end for a lot  
of SourceForge projects).

The list is for *clears throat* "questions, feature requests, [and]  
bug reports" related to MPlayer, on issues that would concern the  
user (as opposed to the developers, which have their own mailing  
list). Unfortunately for you, there isn't a big distinction made  
between the MPlayerBrowserPlugin, and MPlayer itself.
