This is because as always OGM is the biggest mess of them all, because
1) on the technical side it sucks, because it does not mandate or even
   specify an encoding for the subtitles
2) on the practical side it sucks, because for all files tow work right
   you need to both replace a subtitle when we get a new one and when the
   specified duration has passed.

I plan on fixing it _somewhen_ but that might be a long time in the
future.
