Did you tryed "-ac mp3" or "-ac mp3acm" without "-demuxer=35" with these 
troublesome files?
I've had some files with MP3 track that couldnt be decoded with 
automatic detection at all while with useing "-ac mp3" in config file 
everything works as a charm to me.
