When playing certain MP4 files (f.e. Nodame Cantabile, release by Froth-Bite)
with mplayer's original MOV/MP4 demuxer, mplayer throws the next error message
(f.e.):
> ...
> Quicktime/MOV file format detected.
> Warning! pts=1354770083 length=1354811792
> ...
and then plays the file OK. But with -demuxer lavf option the e.m. error
message doesn't appear and after some time playing the file, video starts running
faster - ahead of audio. Using -correct-pts option solves the problem.
I believe lavf should be able to do the same thing as the original demuxer does.
Confirmed on two systems: OpenSUSE 10.2 on Athlon XP 2500+ and Ubuntu 7.04 on
Athlon 64 X2 4400+.
