[MPlayer-users] windows build?

Any body here did a windows build of mplayer (GUI/non GUI), a
project/solution for Microsoft visual studio?

Trying to debug why mplayer throws me a warning of  first frame not
being a key frame. When I dump a file
of video stream, all the I-frame headers (VS, VOS, VL, GOP) seems to
be taken off, video dump just starts
with a VOP. Anybody know why?
