[MPlayer-users] Question about implementing a VCD menu item in a GUI

Hello all:

I am the new maintainer of MplayerGS, a GNUstep frontend for MPlayer
that was originally a port of Mplayer OSX. In my app I have a menu item
to open VCD's. At present I have it programed to just open track 2 on
the VCD (vcd://2). Unfortunately, this does not work with all VCD's
(wrong track, some of them are just darn right weird). Is there a better
way of doing this?

I would also like to thank the developers for the much improved dvdnav
support. It was so easy to implement "open DVD" and "VIDEO_TS" menu
items with complete mouse support. :-)
