i have compiled from source to today version and it's a separate subtitles
file
i tried to change the path to /usr/local/bin/mplayer i guess this is the
compiled version and smplayer did not manage to even open videos at all
simply nothing is happening all it said is subtitles on and videos don't
work so i guess there is something wrong in msplayer itself or the latest
svn have a problem with smplayer.
does any one know more mplayer clients i can check and see if they are
working fine?
and windows-1255 is hebrew encoding
type what so difficult to understand that?
wiki:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows-1255
vlc of ubuntu have it by the way built inside and before i managed to fix
the problem with libfribidi-dev this was my only way see the subtitles
correctly.
thanks in advance.
