[MPlayer-users] -bandwidth option being ignored, not utilizing available network bandwidth?

Run "top" while this is happening.  Does CPU usage (User/Sys/Wait) time
go up to 100%, with ~0% idle?  With encryption + network traffic + video
decoding, it wouldn't be hard at all to overwhelm your CPU, whether with
computation time, or just interrupts.
