For MPEG-4 there is the issue that our splitter code accidentally
merges the first frames, causing one P-frame to be dropped and the
others using the wrong refernce frame.
Might be the same happens for MPEG-2.
The typical effect is that when there is motion, everything is a bit
messed up and all gets fixed at the next keyframe.
