[MPlayer-users] Mplayer Won't Compile Due to Missing libavformat/internal.h Dependency

It appears to depend on libavformat/internal.h which doesn't exist, even 
though I have ffmpeg-devel installed (fedora 16 with rpmfusion).

What can I do to work around this?

Also, I have to ask why mplayer is dependent on libavformat's 
internals?  Is something misconfigured on my end?
