Thanks for the sample URL, it seems to work now.
It is a bit annoying that it waits for the UDP timeout first,
I suspect we'd have to hook up the rtsp-stream-over-tcp option
so the FFmpeg rtsp demuxer recognizes it or some such.
I suspect it's also possible to specify the corresponding
FFmpeg option directly, but having two different ways to
specify the same thing seems bad.
