[MPlayer-users] Does mplayer for windows support hardware acceleration?

Hi,
Using mplayer to player a 3840*2160 mp4 movie, the CPU usage is 31%. but using windows media player the CPU usage is less than 3%.  
Does mplayer for windows support hardware acceleration? Is there any command line option can use?
