[Mplayer-cvslog] UNAPPLIED PATCHES?

But in any case I have updated and improved it a bit more.  Attached
comes the latest version.

The changes:
- Added Step0: Getting MPlayer
  Download instructions are consolidated in one place instead of
  repeated at 3 different places throughout the text. Plus I included
  instructions for accessing CVS.

- I mention the ~/.mplayer/Skin/ and ~/.mplayer/font/ installation
  locations for normal users.

- A bunch of wording updates.

Can I apply this patch?
