No i didn't...

Have not tried to change the bitrate. 
NO divx.log was created at pass 1!???

Only a couple of duplicated frames ( around 15 )..
BTW: GCC 3.02 already fixed for compiling Mplayer...
        No worry i'm using 2.95.3 at the moment - only a question.
