[MPlayer-users] VOB File from harddisk to 2-pass DivX4

>did you have divx.log file created at pass 1?

I made it from the root directory:

mencoder /xxx/test.vob -ovc divx4 -oac mp3lame -divx4opts br=1100 -o
/yyy/test.avi -pass 1

Is it possible that the divx.log is not in the same directory(yyy) as the
output file -
in my case in the root directory??

I'll check it out late afternoon....
Only a thought..
