[Mplayer-users] New info regarding XVideo and Neomagic chipsets

The reason that XVideo is not available for Neomagic systems is because the
chipmaker has been unwilling to make the documentation on their chipset
widely available.  However, the XFree86 developers who are responsible for
the Neomagic Xserver may be about to receive enough information to add
XVideo.

So the problem turns out to be politics not hardware.  ;-)
