[MPlayer-users] dvdnav menu key

Hi,

is there any way to let the  dvdnav code get the 'M' key to go to the main 
menu.
The documentation mentions 'm' for muting and that's exactly what also happens 
with 'M'.

dvdnav is the only sane way to watch a dvd because there seems to be no way to 
simply play all _titles_ (not chapters) one after the other. My dvd (sleepy 
hollow) has 20 such titles and it is no fun to search for the one that 
contains the real movie track:
$mplayer -dvd 1
[...]

There are 20 titles on this DVD.
There are 1 chapters in this DVD title.
