Thats because its using xv which gives you your hardware scaling etc, however 
to do this the video is displayed as an overlay, hence when you drag it you 
see the blue back and when you screencap u get the blue. u have to use -vo 
x11 or -vo sdl (maybe not sure) to cap the video as well.
